Jersey Pride Deli & Catering Privacy Policy

Effective as of January 29, 2025.

As a valued customer your privacy is very important to us. This page describes which data is collected, how it is collected and how that data is handled. This privacy statement only applies to the jerseypridedeli.com and the jerseypridedeliandcatering.com domains. It does not apply to other sites, such as blogs or social networking sites where Jersey Pride Deli has a presence like Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), Google reviews and Yelp reviews. The privacy policies for those other sites are owned by those sites and posted on those sites.

Honoring DO NOT TRACK Requests

Our site honors the Do Not Track setting of your browser, whenever that setting has been enabled. The site’s analytical plugin will not track or save any visitor data, as described in the following sections, but only when the brower’s Do Not Track setting is enabled.

The Collection and Use of Information About You

The visitor related data collected by our website is used to better understand the ways in which the site is used so that we can improve our offerings and services and so that we can enhance your browsing experience, including improving the browsing performance of the site. Some of this information is also used to monitor and maintain the stability and security of our site.

Data that is Passively Collected

Whenever you visit our site, the hosting company that supports our site, together with an analytical website plugin, automatically records various types of information about how you use our site. The information collected by the analytical website plugin, whenever the DO NOT TRACK request has not been enabled, includes: the date and time of your visit, your modified IP address, operating system type and level, browser type and level, referring URL, if any, and search keyword used to locate the specific portion of our site, if any.  Your modified IP address has been anonymized by masking the last segment of the user’s IP address and has also been hashed into a unique, non-reversible string using a secure algorithm, so it can not be used as personally identifiable information.

Data that You Voluntarily Submit

Our site does not currently support a blog or user comments or any other form of login. However, multiple attempts to login to any part of the site will cause the site’s security plugin to record the date, time, IP address and username used during the attempted login. Repeated attempted logins will be treated as an attack on the site and may result in the site blocking you from further access.

Sharing Your Information With Third Parties

All of the data being collected is saved only on the site’s servers. None of that data is shared with any third party.

Whenever you use any of these links to transfer to the selected site, the owners of that site may place their own cookies and/or web beacons in your browser.
